Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT, and Dragon Ball Super are all owned by TOEI Animations, and is Licensed by Funimation, Madman Entertainment, and Manga Entertainment. All images, symbols, logos, and character names related to Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT, and Dragon Ball Super are trademarked and owned by TOEI Animations and as such are by right property of TOEI Animations. Our website is neither licensed nor promoted by TOEI Animations, and is simply a Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball Super fansite created by the community to roleplay in a setting we personally enjoy.
Any and all credits for the Dragon Ball name, likeness, and experience belong solely to TOEI Animations and all of those who have licensed the anime and manga. We have not, will not, and will never claim to be the sole owners of any property that is directly licensed or trademarked by the aforementioned companies and any product of this site is fanmade, within the setting of Dragon Ball, but a parodized, separate entity as a whole.

As a Dragon Ball Z site, we happen to share similarities with other sites that function similarly to us in function. While these topics may seem to be quite similar, everything on our site is changed or edited properly, even if an original idea, to make sure it does not impede on other previous creations. However, we will not be changing creations we have made that pre-date future creations others may make similarly to ours. All potential problems can be easily resolved through major (or even minor) edits to the basic idea of a topic to make it original enough to not cause damage to the RP as a whole, while also not damaging the fair use and copyright rules we wish to uphold.
