[SP-1] Magic Librarian - Silver Oak Laike
Gain the ability to use magic and manifest junk items and small house cleaning equipment.
[SP-1] Defense Expand! - Silver Oak Laike
Create a barrier by inciting growth into a person, either temporarily or otherwise, this absorbs damage for the target for up to 33% of his PL!
[SP-1] Fluffiness! - Silver Oak Laike
If somebody is in close range, the user uses their tail to stuff it into the opponent's face to stun them.
[SP-1] Fireball! - Silver Oak Laike
If somebody is at long range, the user attempts to generate a brilliant fireball, although their excitement and furious tail movements mess up the delicate balance causing a bright flash to stun everybody including the user.
[SP-1] Healing Massage - Silver Oak Laike
Using the experience from working with his master in the slums, he makes a person feel their best in battle, ending up with a few strangely flushed faces as he recovers 1.5 HP per point of Ki spend
[SP-1] Shapeshifting - Silver Oak Laike
Sadly, this little guy is only able to transform into a small fox whenever he panics, ending up with quite a few issues when he tries to show off!
[SP-1] Panic! - Silver Oak Laike
Turning into his animal form or shrinking even smaller the user slips out of the way of an attack in a fit of panic!
[SP-1] Weird magic! - Silver Oak Laike
The kid is capable of using Ki in smaller amounts… Although he doesn’t know much more except for that it keeps him alive!
[SP] Flight - Momil
By utilizing the power of his ki, Momil is able to fly.
[SP-1] Ki Mastery - Momil
Due to the loss of his memories, and little reason to sharpen his skills in this area, Momil's ki control skills are very rudimentary in nature.
[SP-1] Zanzoken - Momil
By flaring his energy for a brief moment, Momil is briefly able to greatly increase his speed, leaving an afterimage in his place.
[ST -1] Shadow Striker - Momil
Momil channels a good deal of his mysterious shadow energy in his fist, allowing him to punch things with deadly force! When this technique is active, or is charging, a shadowy aura can be seen around Momil's arm. [1-33% PL, Stamina]
[ST-2] Savagery of the Shadow - Momil
Taking the concept of the Shadow Striker one step further, Momil draws upon his ancient ki to crate a large demonic looking arm around his own, tipped with razor sharp claws which he uses to strike at an opponent. [1-66% PL, Stamina, Slashing]
[Ki-1] Entropic Barrier - Momil
Momil creates a spherical red ki barrier around his body, though at this stage he can not expand it to contain allies. Ripples of black coloration play out across the sphere. [1-33%, Ki]
[KI-1] Vermillion Crasher - Momil
Momil generates a decently powerful flame-red ki sphere from his palm which he proceeds to throw at an opponent . [1-33% PL, Ki]
[Ki-2] Vermillion Nova - Momil
Momil creates an even larger ki sphere then before, as this one is usually channeled by both hands rather then simply one. Due to the large amount of ki contained within the sphere, it reaches extremely high temperatures, and can easily burn the target quite severely if not dodged [1-66% PL, Ki, Burning effect]
[KI1] Great Blast Crash - Celmaru Waterfield
A basic Ki sphere with a basic function: get tossed. Supposedly requires for the palm of your hand to face upward. (Inflicts 1% - 33% of Celmaru's PL)
[SP1] Zanzoken - Celmaru Waterfield
Allows an afterimage to be created that remains still, permits one dodge at a cost of 1:1.5 to Stamina or Ki. (Can dodge 1 point of damage for every 1.5 points of Ki or Stamina)
[KI1] Meson Bolt - Celmaru Waterfield
A Ki beam supposedly thought up by Celmaru in his own time. Makes a good pew pew. (Inflicts 1% - 33% of Celmaru's PL)
[SP] Ki Suppression - Celmaru Waterfield
Allows Celmaru to reduce his sense-able power level down to 1 PL.
[SP1] Ki Sense - Celmaru Waterfield
Can sense Ki signatures down to 2,000 PL. Cannot tell other signatures apart from one another at this stage.
[SP1] Ki Mastery - Celmaru Waterfield
10% chance to cause harm to user after using a technique, only allows up to T2 techniques.

[SP] Afterimage/Zanzoken (T1 - T3)

T1 = Allows an afterimage to be created that remains still, permits one dodge at a cost of 1:1.5 to Stamina or Ki. (Can dodge 1 point of damage for every 1.5 points of Ki or Stamina)
T2 = Allows an afterimage to be created that repeats simple motions, permits one dodge at a cost of 1:1.25 to Stamina or Ki. (Can dodge 1 point of damage for every 1.25 points of Ki or Stamina)
T3 = Allows an afterimage to be created that repeats complex maneuvers, permits one dodge at a cost of 1:1 to Stamina or Ki. (Can dodge 1 point of damage for every 1 point of Ki or Stamina)

[SP] Flight

Take flight to soar through any atmosphere you wish. Any realistic speeds (for your power level range) can be reached.

[SP] Ki Sense (T1 - T3)

T1 = Cannot sense powers below 2,000 PL, cannot tell Ki signatures apart from each other, planetary range
T2 = Cannot sense powers below 10 PL, cannot tell Ki signatures apart from each other, galactic range (by Bloc)
T3 = Can sense down to 1 PL, can tell Ki signatures apart from one another, universal range

[SP] Ki Suppression

Suppress your power to the degree you wish! Works down to 1 PL.

[SP] Ki Mastery (T1 - T3)

T1 = 10% to completely fail to use a Tier 2 technique (this is determined with a 1d100 roll on the dice roller, if the result is 10 or less the backlash is considered), only allows up to T2 techniques
T2 = 8% to completely fail to use a Tier 3 technique (this is determined with a 1d100 roll on the dice roller, if the result is 8 or less the backlash is considered), allows T3 techniques
T3 = 5% to completely fail to use a SUP or ULT technique (this is determined with a 1d100 roll on the dice roller, if the result is 5 or less the backlash is considered), allows use of [SUPER] & [ULT] tier techniques

[SP] Healing

May heal one ally with a 1:1.5 ratio of HP to Ki (1 pt. of HP for every 1.5 pts. of Ki)

[SP] Telepathy (T1 - T3)

T1 = May communicate across an entire planet. Cannot reach any farther.
T2 = Allows communication across the entire planetary bloc.
T3 = Communication across the entire universe is now a possibility.

Techniques with more generic names such as those listed below can be renamed and flavored as you wish.

Ki Barrier(s) (SP1 - SP3)

T1 = Allows to intercept damage up to 33% of your current PL.
T2 = Allows to intercept damage up to 66% of your current PL.
T3 = Allows to intercept damage up to 99% of your current PL.

Ki Wave(s) (T1 - T3)

T1 = Unleash a beam of energy at up to 33% of your current PL!
T2 = Unleash a beam of energy at up to 66% of your current PL!
T3 = Unleash a beam of energy at up to 99% of your current PL!

Ki Sphere(s) (T1 - T3)

T1 = Unleash a ball of energy at up to 33% of your current PL!
T2 = Unleash a ball of energy at up to 66% of your current PL!
T3 = Unleash a ball of energy at up to 99% of your current PL!
