A large amusement park suspended in the air, accessible from the ground by elevators that extend high into the sky. This amusement park was once threatened with being destroyed, but the police quickly disarmed the bomb. Ever since, weapons have no longer been permitted in the park. It has the most rides and games out of all of West Capital.
