Name : Tangeri Willows
Race : Tropical Saiyan
Racial Traits:
Zenkai - When a Saiyan almost dies their power potential increases exponentially. When you almost die in a DE/SAGA and survive with less than 5% HP, you feel yourself closer to your next transformation removing 10% of the required PL for your next form. This does not negate mastery or other requirements on that form and only works 3 times per transformation.
Saiyan Power - Saiyans have a more concentrated might and are not hindered by the weakness of their ancestors. All stamina techniques deal an additional 5% damage (this goes up to 10% at 50% exhaustion or higher) and they cost 5% less, energy techniques give 10% less exhaustion (this drops to 5% at 50% energy or lower).
Tail Weakness (Mutants and Tropicals only) - A Saiyan’s tail is their true weak point and often a highly guarded part of the Saiyan’s body. The Saiyan tail allows them to absorb blutz waves and transform into the Oozaru form, if this tail is removed they are incapable of accessing these forms until it grows back (which requires an advanced healing chamber or stimulant.) If this tail is grabbed, the Saiyan will be forced into a state of shock that stuns then for a moment and drops their guard substantially (50% PL Drop), Saiyans require 10% less stamina to dodge a grab attempt at their tail compared to other body parts.
Age : 17
Gender : Female
Appearance:
Personality :
Tangeri is what one may call… “overly childish”. She had always been the sort to make light of any serious situation, depending on if people were at harm or not. A free spirit, Tangeri is always one to shirk responsibility in favour of something more to her interests, be that climbing and swinging through trees, or eating an exorbitant amount of fruit in her spare time, or at the cost of others’ time. Quite dim witted, she is the holder of the lofty qualification of “just passed basic education, and then getting bored of the graduation ceremony and following a space duck for an hour or two.” However, despite this, she is by no means an idiot. Just...A little slower to the punch than most, despite this, Tangeri is a loyal and cheerful friend who would do her best to see another’s smile “wannabe tyrants” or social recluses alike, but she was always able to tell a rotten melon from the harvest, and this logic applies to people too. We’re… Not entirely sure what happens if her normally cheerfully innocent demeanour is replaced with anger...
History :
Tangeri grew up like any Saiyan born in the tropical climate, with the only exception being she was left at and taken into the elder’s house, resting in a basket as a baby. Left at his doorstep. Despite this rocky start, the “mysterious” arrival of the young lemur girl went largely unnoticed, with her integrating into the community quite nicely. As was the welcoming ways of the Tropical Tribes at the time, and currently for that matter. As the young Saiyan grew, she often found herself ending up with a little bit of trouble on her own end, when she was once caught skipping out on school and the academic studies it provided to learn on the more “productive” side.
With this in mind, Tangeri had neglected to continue her education past learning the basic fundamentals. This was no trouble, as those of her Tribe felt that every member had a use. And a scholar clearly was not Tangeri’s.
At the age of five, she was allowed to join the “Tua”, or “Tree Harvesters” in Spoken Common, as their youngest member to date, gathering fruits from the top of lofty trees, always content with seeing the smiles of the people she was helping, and a job well done.
At the age of six Tangeri was commonly seen playing in the forest with either friends or on her own, never outright stating the latter however for fear of lectures about “angering the spirits of the forest” and “wandering into Night Walkers”, she had always been told that the deep jungles of the Sadalan Isles were a sacred place where the spirits of those passed roamed freely, offering sustenance to the land and their fellow people, and that it would happen to her too, eventually. Death was not to be feared, but celebrated in Tropic culture, something they were rather proud to share and indulge with the approach of the science brought by other races, and even their own previous brethren in recent years.
Although, the coming of her twelfth birthday showed Tangeri that the world was not as sunny as she’d like to believe, following a run-in with the “Night Walker” she was taught to fear so much deep in the jungles, far from her village’s outlook... She came back home wounded, but alive... She had done something horrid, but she gained experience from it, combat experience. She didn’t like fighting, but she realised that it was something she would be able to work with.
Not just any experience, she was capable of doing much more than her fellow students as the elder had always seen her as a prodigy.
As the years went on, Tangeri had continued her work as a Harvester, alongside training privately with the Village Elder, who had always been a grandfather figure to her. With the passage of time, so soon came her passage into adulthood. The “Rite of Growth” was an event any young Tropic would look forward to, as it marked their maturity, and helped their body to allow access to their natural Oozaru form, the ultimate connections to the islands.
Many of the other kids that were showing off their traditional dresses and markings would soon be found screaming, running away as Tangeri was seen in her transformation, lashing out at anybody nearby. It took five experienced fighters to hold her down for the Elder to force her to sleep through the use of pressure points. Showing all around how inept she was with her giant form, staining herself in the eyes of the wounded.
This taught her a valuable lesson, that she should never take her own talent for granted and always practice as much as she could.
At the ripe age of seventeen she was finally considered to be done with her education, her elder having stated that she had to go on a mythical journey to be able to claim the legendary prowess that belonged to generations before her, and master the “Call of the Wild”
Little did she know that the elder had just sent her away because of a few people that had to come discuss the treaties between the tropical saiyan areas and their produce trading. With tensions so high, he couldn’t afford another “outbreak”, despite how much confidence she had gained in maintaining her Oozaru form...
Little did the elder also know that she had jumped onto a delivery ship in order to do so, stowing away in a crate of oranges in the hopes of expanding the horizon of her adventures.

Techniques:
Monkey See Monkey Do - Tier 1 - Stamina - With a distractive maneuver, the user spins their body to deliver a heel kick to the back of the enemy's head. Walking away after with a noticeable spring in the user's step
Coconut Gun - Tier 1 - Ki - Performing a tribal dance, the user throws their hands forward and fires a ball of energy that vaguely resembles a coconut at the enemy.
Slip 'n Slide - Tier 1 - Sup - With a gluttonous tendency to enjoy fruits, the user leaves a banana peel at their feet. Promptly forgetting about it and slipping on it, dodging certain attacks.

Baka Chop - Tier 1 - Stamina/Slashing - Putting in the full force of a person raised around giant monkeys, the user plays the straight man of a comedy duo. Driving the side of an open palm down onto the target.
Seedless Shooter - Tier 1 - Ki/RP - Utilising the power of grapes covered in a coating of ki, the user tosses them out like bullets towards the enemy
Ki Mastery - Tier 1 - Sup - Tangeri has trained enough to understand the basics of “Ki”, despite her colourful name for it.
Ki Mastery II - Tier 2 - Sup - Years of use have provided a further grasp of ki techniques, preventing blowbacks for backfires.

'Dear Grampa.
It has been the first of many days that I have been on the green planet of no monkey.
Some call it earth, others call it the mythical planet of tomorrow! I don’t know why they call it green planet of no monkey, there are more of us here! Did you know!?
Who would have known that everything would be as easy as this!?
Well, I don't remember the last time that I have had such a beautiful night turning into an oozaru as last night with my entire body started stretching and kept trying to grab at the Stellar Comet before the angry men came over telling me to stay at rest! Tangeri has been doing her best to control her natural form, she has been doing well!
Honestly, I didn't see why I would sleep in the open night sky as beautiful as it sounds, but I went home right away to go play with a few of these strange blocks that you can stack rather high and the soft toys that were given by the children around here!
I have met a few other people that seemed of relative interest in my own eyes, but I am certain that I will one day figure out a way on how to master the call to the wild,
Or how to send this letter.
Stay happy, Stinky Durian! Tanny.' She would write contently, the scribbles only readable by herself, and the Elder. Which they understood as a figurative “third language” as she would put it in a small leaf wrapping of paper as she put it on the pile with the others.
It was a few months now that she had landed on earth with the population hounding her every so often as she tried to keep her positive mood up, she made a few friends, she managed to snatch a few jobs... But this tree house was lacking!
So it was time to upgrade, as she took a gaze towards the moonless sky as she would soon find her entire body stretch into a larger size, not hitting those untrained monkeys their size, no, instead she would find herself at a hefty height that would make some warriors shy away at least! She was still only young after all
Starting to make her way into a nearby forest as she took a single log out of the tree and started to get to work on it.
Starting with a makeshift carving knife, grinded out from a pebble at first, she soon started using her fangs and claws to easily shape the wood as she formed a single plank from her experience of watching the people back at home.
The plank expanding in numbers as she would start to work faster and faster, imitating the plank with relative ease before then placing another one down on the ground as she would nod a few times. Tropic handiwork was built to last!
Each as thick as a carrying column in a house she would start slamming them down in the ground before noticing that her 'cage' had ended up looking a bit shabby.
No door, no windows, this was where she had to put her newly trained manipulation in play as she would cover her finger with this energy that she called 'Mojo' as she made certain to put in a little adorable mushroom shaped window in the side.
As she started using fruits that she had found in the nearby vicinity before coating the entire thing with their brilliant colours, swinging around the branches of the trees with her tail, moving with a surprising amount of agility despite her size, having learned to use the inside fat on the fruits’ peels and rinds to paint and bring forwards beautiful “paintings”, she couldn't help but end up with a nice looking, (and quite nice smelling) treehouse.
The top made from the best use of Mojo carving as she would call it in the future as she gazed towards a mushroom shaped house that she had crafted from her own hands as she nodded proudly, with at least four rooms and a few little accessoires that she could craft, she soon took notice to the lack of a mailbox as she started to make that too with her large height.
Working her little behind off as she then took towards making a bed packed with leaves and straw, a frame, other items as she would start to see the empty rooms slowly being filled as the sun had risen and sunk once again, her entire body nearly passing out in exhaustion as she had managed to do what she wished.
Craft herself a little house with a mailbox so she can finally mail her “memails” to gramps!
