Silver simply sat there, holding his pasta with the rough texture having learned from momma that he always had to work hard on his ingredients and that even the roughest material would give you a beautifull cling, this was his goal at this point as he was tasked with a cooking competition.
Not just any, god forbid, he was tasked with cooking for some kind of super chef!

Patting Ushi and Lavender the cows for their help, Silver could not bring himself to be annoyed as he had obtained a beautifull piece of meat with marbling fine enough to nearly be pulled apart if you stretched it too far in your hands as he went to the kitchen to grasp his knife with a soft smile, humming to himself as he had left bone marrow in the refrigirator with a small collection of blocks of aromatic wood.
He was going for a slight cherry this time, just to give it a hint of smokiness, but for his plan he needed these chilled.

Covering the meat and the bone marrow, all sides of the meat and the marrow itself for the bone with salt, pepper and garlic powder to give an intense flavour.

Upon finishing the removal of the fat on the outsides of the meat as he brought his grill to temperature with the cooled blocks on the bottom, he waited untill it was around 200 degrees fahrenheit before roasting his bone marrow and steak along with a small smoking during the process.
Going for a mixture to help enhance the flavour for later, he couldn't help but appreciate the garlic powder, salt and pepper that he had covered them with mere moments before dropping them on the grill as he shut the top.

Reverse searing them and slowly too, he was taking his time to imbue it with as much flavour as possible while not overcooking the bone marrow itself as he then put them aside, letting the steak then full sear with a small pocket of the three cheeses he had prepared today.
Variants of homemade Parmigiano Reggiano which melts just enough to make a stringy sauce without messing too much with the others, Grana Padano to add a savory and lightly salted but sweet aftertaste to refresh your palette with every bite and the final one, Pecorino romance with a sharp and salty bite to help enhance the steak itself to mix with the pasta.
Not to mention how the smoky infusion with the small cup on the top to pass through them without melting them too much would help enrich the flavours themselves.

Using a skillet on a fire to cook down the bone marrow untill almost liquid before adding garlic paste, then adding the pasta that was prepared into it, so that it can absorb the flavours, silver would be tossing and turning this dish for quite a bit to make sure it incorporated all of the nice juices into it before taking the cheeses out of the top compartment of his grilling area where they had already got the chance to meet each other.
Taking his pasta water, some milk and the cheeses, Silver would start grating on the top of his pasta while it was still cooking.
Slowly letting it all melt together as he added milk and pasta water from his previous boil untill it was the right consistency, where it would have a little stretch but at the same time still cling towards the pasta like a small coat.

Taking the seared steak infused with the cherry scent and flavour yet red enough to have juices spill out with each slice, he would cut them in thick slices before serving on the top of the pasta to let the flavours know each other in a small explosion as he made certain to keep a few plates aside for his friends.
He was going to make Tangeri happy today too!
