In Character Rules

Rules. Every site and RP has them. They're the basic requirement to keep order in what can be a very chaotic society of players. As such, we have installed the rules below for the entire site, as to best allow for even, fair game play between players! If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask in the Questions board under Questions and Suggestions, or contact a mod directly! We are always willing to help deal with any issues that may rise from these rules that may need clarification.

1: Don't intentionally avoid interactions with other characters on the grounds of META or OOC knowledge. If it is found these reasons are to be the root cause for such the person avoiding so will be given a reminder of this rule. should it become a repeated problem there will be mod intervention.


2: Threads that would lead to any interaction that would be considered beyond a PG-13 rating, it is preferred that these threads fade to black or otherwise cut before these instance would be noted. On a similar note, combat threads with excessive brutality are frowned upon and if this is deemed in the slightest necessary contact the Mod team and conditions can be discussed.


3: METAGAMING, the process of using knowledge you otherwise do not have in character, is extremely frowned upon and will be dealt with immediately, should this be drawn into a repeat offense a warning will be given and further circumstances and punishments will be brought up.


4: Powergaming, or the focus of forcing your Power level stat higher and higher without any development towards the character is deemed as low and scummy. If this occurs the person(s) conducting so will be punished and if necessary gains will be revoked. Excuses of 'But my character wants to get stronger' or 'As a Saiyan I strive to be the strongest' will be ignored as were the character written that way in their sheet we likely would have denied them on those lines to begin with.


5: No Godmodding, this is the act of disobeying the continuity, flow, or mechanics of the site in order to attain a goal that may otherwise be compromised at the time. For instance you cannot instantly avoid an attack or ignore it if you feel it is too problematic or annoying. This is scrutinized to the same vein as METAGAMING.


6: Death is something that will eventually happen to anyone who frequents Death Enabled threads. These are thread types that put no limit on if and how someone may die, and if you don't want to die without your permission do not join these threads. Deaths in these threads are expected to have common sense taken into account. If you fall unconscious and collapse into molten lava/magma, or sink underwater for too long, or get trapped unprotected in the vacuum of space you are very likely going to die.


7: For the sanity of yourself and the mod team as a whole, players are limited to a total of three characters under normal circumstance and cannot create a new one until their most recent has reached a power level of 50,000 at minimum. Once this first requirement has been met you can create two additional characters, but the requirement past this point is doubled on the prior with 100,000 on the most recent.
